Metal bellow expansion joint is the most common and popular, it is mainly used in pipe connection, aborb the extension and compression of pipe, according to different working situation, usually we recommend different structure, but for most common, we recommend general stainless steel metal bellow expansion joint, it is consist of two flanges, tie rods and bellows, according to actual working situation, you can choose to add inner sleeve or change structure, and we can offer you drawing for confirmation, about the material of bellow, we can do SS304, SS316, SS321 and SS310s etc, for working pressure, we can do PN16, PN25, PN32, PN64, PN100 etc. for working temperature,we can do 1000 celsius degree etc. And we can do OEM and ODM production for you.
Metal expansion joint without tie rod
Expansion amount is 20-120mm, no leakage, no padding, good scalability, safe and reliable, can save maintenance workload, the compensator has novel and reasonable structure, without wearing parts, small volume, light weight, easy to install and for transportation, is the ideal product for installation of pipes.
